Good Webhosting needed

i am looking for new webhosting for my new site. It needs to be priced fairly (no cheap deals and no rip off deals)m have cpanel, and heaps of features. Most of all it needs an uptime guarantee and good support.

Anyone got any suggestions as to what companies i should go with?

A site I am working on is hosted by blazernetwork.com. They don't have Cpanel, but they do have an easy to use control panel. They have good prices and 24/7 live chat support, and someone always answers;). I haven't experienced downtime yet either.

I'll drop a couple of names of hosts with cpanel that I have used:
dathorn.com
hostdime.com
They were both reliable, and reasonably priced.

CobraHosts has cpanel with uptime guarantee and many good features. They have been very depenadable for me... Laughing out loud
