i saw this site and i wondered whether its good or not as the price seemeed cheap

It almost seems too cheap, doesn't it? 50 cents per GB of bandwidth at only 10GB is pretty low. That doesn't say anything about the quality of the hosting, but it sure doesn't say much for them being around for a number of years. I'd check around and see what kind of luck other people have had with them. Heck, if they get good marks I may just change all my hosting over to them. $40 for 100GB bandwidth? Sweet!

to test the reliability of the site try siteuptime.com for atleast a week (preferably a month) ... it will give you information on the uptime and speed of the server - small uptime and slow servers usually mean the webhost is overselling.
