WAP, that's like... internet on your phone right? Well, I've not had much experience with it. Though I did make my own phone wallpapers, upload them on imageshack.us and link to them from a site made in Freewebs.com. That way I could access it with my phone easily and download wallpapers I made in Photoshop that other people would pay £4.00 for elsewhere on WAP.
If your phone can access the net, then a simple webhost such as freewebs.com should be no problem.
