Try freewebspace.net for more info. I don't have any first-hand experience with free hosts in the last year or two.

Yes, they are still a good host with CGI and FTP access. But you get either a banner on your page/pop-up.

Yes, they are still a good host with CGI and FTP access. But you get either a banner on your page/pop-up.
