Hi,
I've just signed up with this company and was wondering if anyone has any experience of them.
I have seen a couple of hate sites with them mentioned but so far their service as a host has been excellent. I've had to ring their support staff a couple of times already because I'm a bit of a novice with cgi-bins and the like and they've been very good.
So, any opinions, good or bad? I have a 30-day trial with them so I'll have my money back if the general concensus is that they're awful.

I have noticed that they have been advertising a lot on the hosting directories. Is that how you found them? Check hostsearch.com and see if there are any comments posted about them on that site.

I used to have a reseller account with them back in 1999. I thought it was pretty good and it had everything I needed. Back in those days support was only between 8am to 7pm which wasn't the best since I usually needed them in the evenings.
There was a fair amount of downtime with email. This was quite consistent and eventually led a customer leaving me.
Like I said, all this was a while ago so things may have changed. But back when my account expired, they tried to automatically charge my card for another year despite the fact I had told them I dodn't want to renew.
A know someone with a budget account with them at the moment. No problems I'm aware of.
