Hi

I am about to offer web design , domain name registration and hosting (resold). I have created a contract agreement which deals with web design but it only currently assumes the client has their own hosting deal. I would like to create a contract of agreement for customers to by hosting alone, has anyone got any examples that they use that they could send me?

Any help much appreciated!

I work for a hosting provider - we had our terms and conditions drawn up by our legal team, then double checked by staff, checked again by the legal team, checked again by senior staff then finalised by the legal team. Generic terms and conditions will probably leave you with loop holes - you need something specific to your service.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him to use the Net and he won't bother you for weeks.

Then I guess the easiest thing to do would be to look at other hosting providers T&C's and use them as a basis to write your own...

Hosting contract is the same as Terms, but on paper and with signs.
