On the 19th and 20th of July there will be a domainer meeting in Paris, I guess all the main domainers will be present there, there should be discount coupons issued by these companies to commemorate this even.

By any means the domain registration in .eu and .mobi zones is time limited. It's left not much time.
Such a domain registrars' meeting helps to resolve many problems that domain registrars encounter proving their services.
EuroDNS.com being one of the biggest domain registrars has succeeded in that.
