so what does one do when they're contact email address and physical address are no longer accessible and they're trying to change those?

meaning, i don't live at my physical address anymore so i don't get mail there. i don't use the same isp anymore, so i have no access to that email address. same thing with the phone number too.

am i screwed or what?

Assuming that it's NSI that you need to update/modify the records. An alternative method would be to print out the correct forms , make the changes and fax it to them.

The below link should help

http://networksolutions.com/en_US/site-map/

but if it's ICANN or OPENSRS registrars, it's very easy as you only need the username and password to update/modify the changes.

I would fax it. If you don't have a fax machine, go to Kinko's and use theirs. If you mail it, NS has one more reason to lose it.

Though I've heard some people have to fax a couple of times too. Don't put it past 'em.
