Has anyone used this service? They claim to offer 50 MB for $10 a year. They don't offer support or some features, which is how they claim they keep prices down.
Thanks for any feedback.

i'd have to agree, having nobody behind the counter tends to cut costs and service, hehe.

Two sayings to keep in mind... "You get what you pay for" and "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is"
I find these sayings are correct at least 80-90% of the time.
As you noticed, if you read their "FAQ", you'll find that they do not provide technical support, and you can not upgrade... In other words, if you have a server problem, you're on your own. AND, if there is a problem with the server, there's nothing YOU can do to get it back online because you don't have access to it.
If I were you, I'd look for a more reliable hosting company, unless this is for a personal site that you really don't care too much about.

I don't think it's worth the risk. Go with a proven, low-cost host such as:
http://www.hostrocket.com
http://www.hostmatters.com
http://www.thinkhost.com
Jason, you and I both know how bad it can be when we try a host that is unproven (a.k.a. GeneralHosting).

Thanks guys.
I'm really only looking for a host that can host my personal page (jasonunger.com) that I don't plan on getting a super amount of hits or use a lot of space.
I'll probably end up trying it just to see what its like- I mean, $10 isn't a whole lot for a years worth of hosting.
