To my mind, it is better to sign up with time-tested company like Serverpoint.com which has the abundance of dedis offers at not very expensive prices and is able to meet all your specifications.

I look at their web site and see only shared, reseller and domain registration services.

MMhosting.com specializes in providing shared and reseller hosting that are good for many web masters as their prices are low and their offers are resourceful.
As for dedis you have to contact this company directly if you want to have any from them.
