I've searched the forums and google to find simply 7-8 steps in choosing that right domain name. Useful information but I can't really decide after applying this advice.

My site details:
1) Simple home page with details and short previews of what is on the whole site.
2) Simple about page showcasing my profile and credentials.
3) Involved Projects blog which shows my coursework in school, so far dating back a year now and always progressing. Typically I showcase my code for anyone to use and learn from, but it is mostly for potential employers to see approximately what my skill level is and for myself to reference it as need be. So far C/C++ source, Java source, Assembly source all in text form and logic design schematics have been presented. I hope to show more serious projects worked on through team collaboration and project demonstrations in the future.
4) Simple Hobbies section with other things beside programming I like to do when I have spare time.
5) Involved Gallery section with currently 100 pics, say.
6) Simple and professional looking contact form page.
7) Inactive blog section(maybe a post a week if that) with topics ranging from entertainment, academia related, code snippets(rerouted to Projects section), science and tech, book reviewing, and personal nature.

So far Ive used my name, with combinations of
lastnamewebcs.com to stand for a mix between Web and Computer Science material.
fullname.com which I thought was too much... what do you think?
firstnameportfolio.com which sounded corny after awhile.

Today, I came across an engine to help provide a name and so far I like
lastnamesource.com
lastnametechnology.com
sudosource.com

What do you think?

Drink responsibly.. Capt. was here.

I actually would go with just your full name. Depending on what it is, of course. Smiling
