yellow sticky note script

Where can I find a script that allows me to create a yellow sticky note graphic that pops up when a page is loaded........ the kind where it looks like you hand wrote the note?

I've done a web search but couldn't find it. I know it uses .js

The get a handwritten look, you would have to either change the font (be careful to only use one of these fonts), or create an image to put inside the .
