I'm just looking for some feedback on this layout mock-up. I'm specifically looking for some navigation ideas, but also general thoughts on the rest of the design. I'm still not happy with the fonts either.

I think the colors work nicely.
The design is nice and simple. Although, I don't really like the squared edges at the bottom (above the contact details).
It gets a little dull towards the bottom. How about maybe adding a really really subtle background/border pattern somewhere in the nav area, to keep the leavey thing going?
As for fonts, maybe Georgia for body with Monotype Corsiva for nav, perhaps? I don't know...

Looks very clean, though I would agree that toward the bottom it does need something to spice it up a little... Maybe creating a box to hold the contact details using the same texture as in the box at the top? I don't particularly like the shade of green used in the content area either, though that is just a personal preference.

I think that if you put the bottom half of that buiding at the bottom of the page and then posted the text upon top of it, then the design would seem to be complete, like the opening and closing of a sentance with the two images. (I hope that made sense!)

I was thinking something along the lines of Tyler as the top part seems to just cut off, maybe run the picture down the side and have the navigation in a darker colour on top of it???

Hmmm... okay, that's an idea. I'm trying to think of how I could integrate "organic flowing cruves"...
You all have given me lots of ideas. I was kind of on a rampage last night trying out different things. Hopefully I'll have more time on the weekend to iron something out.

That's more what I was thinking, looks good except the line separating the navigation & main body looks a little odd, what does it look like without it? I don't think you necessarily need it there as the main text isn't right up against the navigation.

I think the second one looks great meg. As for the line that Julia mentioned, hmmmmm.... I like it but it needs to be either moved down just a tad or cut off about 1/4 or 1/2 inch at the top.
I love those colors! Nice work so far.

I think the 2nd one (template5) looks very good. A lot better than the first template.
About the text in the middle, maybe you should use CSS to make the right side be lined up as well?
