Web Development Deliverable Document Needed.

Hello All,

One of my client is asking for a document, which says what are the deliverables in website development. I have told my client.."i will give the complete source code, and images, and all the things".
But he is insisting on document...anyone has any document...if so...
Please share it with me..

Depending on what document he is talking about, most probably in my experience operating as an LLC, I provide Legal documents such as TOR, and stuff for copyright and other insurances that will protect you and your customer from copyright violations and what nots.

I think you would have to check exactly what your client is wanting. It could be as simple as something that you include in a legal disclaimer or faq, or maybe even a development plan/structure.
