Hello guys. Help me to find a web templates site where I can buy UNIQUE design at a bargain price. I have visited the TemplateMonster.com but they have sky prices (for example $3000 for a unique template).
Who knows a better alternative?

Is it just for one website? Most web designers will design you a template for much less than that.
