I've nearly finished the design for my site after a very long wait. I'm just trying to sort one or two things out now and i was wondering if you could help. The first problem i have is a links one. I'm using WP as the custom ocde i should of got i never got it or even my money back. On the main page i have split the links into three sections, but this is where you get the problem:

As you can see the last link and the header of the next section there isn't a gap. I what to put one in, but i've not an idea were.

The next problem is with the header of the site. There is a grey bar under the banner of the site and i want to move it so the grey bar goes above the banner. At the minute it looks like this:
