I have just designed a site for a client, On the page I have an area with scroller bars as I want to contain the rather text heavy page within a given format.Is there a way I can change the way the scroller bars look instead of the ones displayed by the browser?

Internet Explorer and Opera are the only browsers supporting colored scrollbars. Shirley Kaiser has written Coloring Scrollbars with CSS that explains how.

Be sure to read the articles she links to that argue why you should not do this. Sad
