I like the Web Design - Limited part but the CML looks really out of place. Those two typefaces are at odds with one another. One casual and artistic, another crisp and conservative. I don't think the conterast is working in this case. It could also have something to do with the effect on the CML. The effects are a bit overdone here. I would tone down the drop shadow and do something a little different with the CML. I like the shading effect on "Web Design". It looks very elegant and classy.

I completely agree with what megan said, I suggest to take to mind that when making logos it would still look good on small or huge sizes, and that it transfers well to any media. The Strong impact of the last two lines of the logo is swayed by the 3 letters on top, maybe make the top more boxy, strong, and leave a lasting impression...
