Could you explain what you mean by that? What is a "google" wallpaper. A wallpaper for a website or for your desktop? The text effect they use in their logo?

Yes, the quesion is very vague.
But the text effect used in Google's logo is an inner bevel and a drop shadow.
Done in an image editor such as Photoshop, Elements, Paint Shop Pro, PhotoImpact etc. etc,
But your question really need to be more detailed.

Are you looking to create a desktop wallpaper with "Google" written all over it ? If so what colors do you want for background ? I could create something like this for you, for free, in just very few time if you could please offer more details I would enjoy helping out.
