Can someone modify my code so the layout is central i have attached the code

Try changing the wrapper margin to just auto, rather than 0 auto.

That code is such a mess I advise you start again, all those absolutely positioned div's are going to cause you problems in the future.

I hacked the code to align the design centrally, see attached, and welcome to TWF. Smiling
