hi,
i am trying to host a website where i want to post some movie clip. i am confused about the format of the movie files and the preview size. i want it will be in full screen mood.

can any body give me any idea?

it depends on the size of the veiwers screen but you could try setting width and height to 100% I dont know if it works with videos

Well as far as format goes, I think I would choose mpeg. Windows Movie Maker format is so wonderfully small in file size, but I don't think Mac's can play them.'

Quicktime format is nice, but it requires a plugin, but mgeg is pretty universal.

Definatly stay away from .avi...those are huge!

160 X 120 is a nice preview size.
