Currently looks like a mid 90's template. Could use quite a bit of work to look professional.

Style looks dated, alignment out, needs much work, would choose a better layout and template. Fonts look shabby. Could do much better.

You have your content, which is OK for the informative stuff, but the leading headline attention grabbing text is not very snappy at all. The rest is very poorly arranged and not in the least inviting.
It reminds me of a site and concept my brother built on an Amstrad!
