How to put icons that doesn't move on the sidebar ?

HI guys! Do you know how to do this? Put icons on the side bar that doesn't move even if you scroll up or down, it stay on its position? like this:

Use CSS "position: fixed;". Internet Explorer version 6 needs special treatment. See CSS-based 'position: fixed' in IE/win.

(Something like the scene from Reservoir Dogs with Stealers Wheel and the "ear" springs to mind for IE...)
