how to design an informational site like tech-faq.com?

hello all,
i m beginner.

I want to design a site like tech-faq.com
but that site uses no script but just simple html pages.

So, how to create such site?

Will i have to create all the pages ?

ANd if i have to edit ads on all page then will i have to go to each page?

Please help.

It looks like that site is using simple HTML pages and not a script. Why would you want to do it that way anyway? Much easier to use a CMS like Drupal. That would enable you to add a lot more functionality too.
