I searched for five days at least 3 hours a day looking for it....

IMO the eagle is the better of the two. It depends, however, on where you intend to use them.

I like the eagle as well.
How about a combination of them both? I am not sure how graphically inclined you are, but you could have the eagle in front and have a faint US flag behind it.
Just a thought.
