I'm sure Megan would know about this...
Is there any way to make a selected frame section( 50-90 ) repeat over and over again without looping my whole animation? This would prevent me from having to have a veeeeerry long flash animation.

I haven't used Flash since the days I owned Flash Planet.. But why don't you put those frames in a movie clip? This way they will have their own timeline and are independent of the main movie.
OR.. you could put a gotoAndPlay(50); command in frame 90 if that works for you.

Yep, you need to make those particular frames into a movie clip and it'll keep things relatively smaller.
