Hi guys,

I am working as a graphic design freelancer and got a new project on the roll: I have to review the company website of the flyer printing company print24 and got to give them a feedback about site layout, user friendly, accessibility, color combination etc......The usual stuff which is important for a good website. I‘m almost done with the entire report, but I thought maybe some of you guys would find some important bits and pieces which i have overlooked?!?!

Your help is much appreciated!

Sites looks good. In the flash application I can say there are some improvements needed. In my opinion, you have to provide more usability to the user especially when they are in design tool, you have to provide maximum usability to make them easy to design. In the mean time, it has to be taken care that by providing more usability you should screw the application. So I think you start with some minor things which make them easy to design. like,
1. Adding Mouse Wheel controls to Zoom and Keyboard controls for Zoom. (you should provide some commonly used keyboard and mouse shortcuts). Like Ctrl+(+)/(-) button to zoom. and Ctrl+MouseWheel something like that.
2. You can increase the size of the dashboard by availing the maximum area in your website. I thought fullscreen mode can be much bigger but i dont feel much difference.
3. You can use some creative icons to the designer to easily identify the functionlity by lookig at the icon itself. Now it is colorless and need to have a close loot at it.

Thats all

I like it. It's very different compared to other websites, although it's not standard enough to be easy for new beginners. I think you'll do fine with the website, but you'll get a new customer that doesn't know what to do from time to time.
