director to flash converter

hey guys
I have a flash problem! ... im very good with macromedia director however i know nothing about flash..

Is there a way to convert director files into a webpage ready format... like flash?

i can build a site in director easily but how would i get that onto the web?

i know director isnt for web but it could be.?? Confused

I thought director files could be viewed on websites with Macromedia Shockwave viewer?

yea ok but what if i build a whole site in director? ow would i export it...

the diretor exe file wont work in shockwave? Should i leave it in director format? ... how?
