My layout works fine with IE and Opera but with NS someparts overlap and are offcentered. What can I do about this? How can it be prevented?

Only slight problem I see in NS7 is the "Draft Gore 2004: The mission" title slighty over lap the upper section, NS4.7 is fine
Your using HTML and CSS to do the same things, use one or the other

There is a horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 in IE & NS for me.

Im not sure I know what you mean Css and Html. I only use html for such things as counters and mailing lists. I have checked all browsers on a particular site and it said the only thing in NAV wrong was positioning so how do I fix it? I use Homestead Sitebuilder. Thanks for any tips!
