When online users visit our web site and try to load our 3d models they usually dislike installing the special plug-in required for 3D product view presentation? Please, tell us how we can solve the given problem?

All plugins are nasty
Flash is a less nasty one which is a semi universal plugin that some people aleady have

I agree with Busy here, any remote file that needs to be downloaded while accessing a site would let the visitor think twice...

Comparing 3D product view presentation with Flash it should be pointed out that 3D models are considered to be more realistic! The point is that they allow users to rotate, zoom, move, flip and see each aspect of a product from any angle in real time!

3DProf4online, I don't think anyone is disputing that 3D product view presentation is more realistic. However, it is possible to do 3D product presentation WITH Flash, and that's what we're suggesting.

Or quicktimeVR which is another plugin that a large number of people already have installed.
