Hi

I am doing research for a website that will be doing the following

1. Windows platform
2. 40 million transactions a month.
3. Updates will be performed on each transactions.

My question is, using a windows platform.

What database would you recommend to handle large volumes, with multiple updates

you should use MSSQL for the large database. it handles large volumes of database.
thousands of big companies are using this server for their database.
