Okay, now I want the ablility to upload invoices to a mysql database, then a way to have my clients see only their invoices. I want to include a few other things like how much they owe, but I can add that later.

Any help?

I know a web developer who will install something like this for you for a fee. If you'd be interested in a pay option you can post in the MarketPlace.

I think that starting from scratch for such an application isn't a good idea, but if you want to, please outline your knowledge and the functions you require and we can start there.

you'll prolly need a php coder if your going to be adding stuff later; since you don't really know what your doing.
