The only people that would hold that kind of data would be telcomms companies and directory enquiries type services and they'll likely charge you for the data. You might be able to scape some online directories using a scripting language but that's probably against the sites T&C's

first of all the question is: which database you are using.
and you should try to contact the that vendor.
if not possible then try to contact microsoft and check there website for the phone numbers
and you can also contact mysql or someother free database sources.
