Heyas,
I need to set up a form on my site that requests clients Name & email address and stores them in an access database, i have a few forms that i can modify on the web side, but i know little about access and even less about getting the data into access. could anyone suggest places that i can do some late night reading on the above subjects?

You didn't mention what you're using on the server (ASP/PHP/etc).
For ASP:
Check out: http://www.asp101.com/samples/index.asp and look at the database add/delete/update samples. Take the time to understand how they work and you'll be set.
