Each time I get 502 error after taking backup
Hello,
I have hosted my site: {{link removed by moderators}} on Fatcow.
Each time I take a backup, my site gets down?! I then have to contact the support team and they fix it. Is this a database issue? Anyone facing similar issue from Fatcow hosting?

Have you asked them what they are doing to fix the issue?
How are you preforming the backups?
It could be that whatever you are using to back it up may be locking the tables , doing the backup, then forgetting to unlock the tables.

How big is your site? Your site shouldn't get down and taking a backup won't take that long. Have you contacted your web host about your issue?
