Don't know if this is the right place
But i've looked all over google and no luck whatsoever.
What i need is
a rating system like this
How do you rate the colour and they will be ask to rate it out of 1 to 10
I have about 5 questions, now i want the results to be counted and then the results are seen in a league format automatic.
How do i start this?

Have you looked for polling or surveying scripts? It sounds like that's what you need. You have a list of colours, visitors rate them each on a scale and then the results are shown automatically.
I'm not sure what you mean by "league format automatic", could you explain that?

Ok
Let say I want a fan to rate a football player
So
The player name
how good is his heading?
How good is he at shooting?
Then i would like a league like this
Player name team overallscore
A.Pale wallaey Town 129
J.davies liscard town 111
and so on
so when a player been rated, i would like the league to update it self.
