i use front page to write my e-commerce site and i wanted to add a survey question a week on a sports topic,when the user selects his choice he then would see the results in a graph format.i think front page supports most of this but i wondred if i had to do something with my isp on the server side to accomplish this task.

You have to make sure your host has the Frontpage extensions installed, so you can take advantage of that FP feature.
