For what purpose?
To install and configure on a dedicated server? In Linux or Windows?
Or to run them on a home PC for coding? Again, Linux or Windows?

If you want to run apache mysql + php on your local computer for development, there are some packages for WAMP (Windows Apache MySQL PHP)
I use xammplite from apache friends
another similar package is Wampserver
[nb - these packages may give you trouble if you have Skype running on port 80 - more here]

Apache is not usually used alone, there are a number of other programs that are often parallel or in part, the Apache Web server. Some of the other most common MySQL, PHP, Java, and many. We are constantly adding the tutorial section.

if you want to use apache server for running your php scripts you should wamp, xammp server. that includes apache server, mysql server.
