Hi guys, I notice now that our forums is free from ads. Is there something wrong? I know a site cannot run by itself without a budget, please don't tell me we are to say goodbye.

Nope, we're not going anywhere. We're just looking at other ways to finance the site. After the economic downturn we found that the demand for advertising dropped. The ads we were getting often weren't great quality and we didn't feel right about taking money from some of these people.
A few were good - if we could get better quality, better designed ads we might bring them back (and now that we're getting more traffic we might be able to demand higher prices).

Nice to hear that. This site deserves a high paying ads.
