I'm at the point that I need to talk on the phone [calling leads] and I need help what is a good way to take the fear out of talking on the phone? Looking for good ideas!

First, it's only voice communication, it's like talking in your backyard with some of your friends. Don't think too much of the If's and what if's, just go and make the call. Be polite and calm, and remember, even though they are far, you don't need to shout on the receiver to be heard...
Most importantly if it is a sales call, prepare your pitch and have a pen and paper at hand...
