Web Design and Graphics

Existing site is in 800 x 600. I need to build the new site with both larger displays (and resolutions) and smart phones in mind.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a size that will keep both kinds of visitors relatively happy?

I just have buy the new website domain and hosting. Now I have also installed the drupal in my hosting account for my website www.skip-hire-mancester.com I would like to have a design of my website just similar to www.a1skiphire-menchester.com If any theme is available which is similar to this sample website or would be easy to customise, please let me know. I am open to sharing your suggestions.

It is easy to become website designer by learn HTML and CSS but it is not easy to become smart website designer who always create web design with innovative ideas.

To become smart website designer they have to consider some points which are as following

my friends says :- HTML is search engine friendly so HTML is best but i have heard from many guys that XML is always best.
