Don't you think it looks way too much like Wufoo? Just from watching your promo video, I can see that it looks almost identical to Wufoo's interface. Back when I tried AskItOnline (a year or two ago), I don't recall the interface being so similar to Wufoo's.
But I'm glad to see you're out of beta. That looks like it was a lot of work.

i like askitonline but this post reads kindof like a free ad for them! How about a post comparing all of the options? Personally I like www.cafesurvey.com and then surveymonkey as a distant second.
