I'm looking for a safe CGI program that allows a user to manage their website from the browser. This is because user are not allowed to use telnet, but they can use FTP. Any ideas about this?

Hi Manuel,
I have a link of file managers similar to the one I use. If you find any of these appropriate please come back and tell use about it.

Hello Manuel!

Try asking your web hosting provider, and see if they offer a control panel. If they do, that will be the best way to do it, if the panel has some main features.

Thanks JP Stones and Curtis Stevesn for you quick reply to my inquiry.

I'll look the links that you suggested. I already know about SiteManager. It offers good things, but there are some security issues (Someone I consulted even told not too use it due to a HIGH security risk. Don't know...)
I should point that my intersest in this kind of program if for allowing clients to access their sites within a virtual server.

Thanks again

Manuel,
True apparently there are security links associated with these programs, but they are not as high as many make it from what I understand. I use File Manager sometimes...
