Are you trying to steal it? Why can't you just buy it off of their website?

Ok- sorry, I understand now. Is there any reason you need IPB in particular? If it is not available on their site, you might have to do some internsive google searching. Why not just use phpBB?

I spoke with Invision, they did confirm that when 1.3.1 was out, it was free at the time, however no one is licenced to redistribute that now.
