What is ImageMagic, and how do i install it? Does it add librarys and functions to php?

ImageMagic is like PHP's GD library.
It allows you to modify, enhance, resize ... images on the fly.

You can install yourself but is easier for your host to install it for you as there are a couple of files to set permissions for (and safe mode off).

It uses PHP's functions, like exec() with IM's convert, mogrify and composite
There are several tutorial around including their homepage

It's pretty easy to install ImageMagick.

But need to know your server platform, OS and control panel to advise you any further.
