Can you help me find a script like this: http://www.englishspectrum.com

I want a script that will allow me to do the same as this website.
I want to be able to enter and remove data at will.
Maybe even back up the data.

Would this be considered a content management script??

You might leave out the irritating blinking, flashing, moving, obnoxious things. Try PostNuke or PHP-Nuke

There are a lot of scripts floating on the internet try visiting hotscripts.com or aspseek.com you will surely find something there.
