I don't understand the question. Are you asking how much disk space you'd need for CentOS + cPanel, or something else?

Yes, that's is my question!
But my VPS have own Operating System and own cpanel installed? This's true?

Yes, it will come with an OS and a control panel installed. cpanel won't take up much space, I'd be suprised if it's over 50meg. For the amount of space CentOS will use, have a look at: http://www.centos.org/docs/5/html/Installation_Guide-en-US/s1-diskpartitioning-x86.html#s2-diskpartrecommend-x86 . Looks like you'll need around 2GB for swap and 3-5GB for the installation, naturally this will change according to how the machine is setup.
