site moving question

hi

I have to move hosting for a site.
This site is pointed by 3 domains: 2 which DNS
changes pretty fast and 1 which DNS changes slow.

What would you think is best solution to move the
site considering these 2 factors:

- since site is e-commerce, I have to make sure that
downtime is as low as possible and also I have to make
sure that database is synchronized (while moving the
database on the new server, no data can be written on
the old server)
- I don't want to loose any googlebot visit

Do both sites have Cpanel? If not then, you will have to do it the old fashioned way. Manually move files, add user accounts and then dump the database and restore on the new site. I usually start late Friday night moving the site and mostly have it complete by Monday.
