Please tell me in detail on 'Website Referral Logs'. How we can use it for any website and how much effective the process is etc.

The technique used for web referral logs is “log spamming” usually someone is directed by the website to produce links to the site in the web logs & web stats of other sites ,which will generate hits or ingoing links in logs and as a result search engine ranking enhanced.
