I'm wondering how can I optimize my website in order to gain a better place in search engine using Sub domains?
I mean photo.wish71.net (example) how can be useful in order to optimize wish71.net ???

You'd probably be better off to keep all your content on the same domains. Google has recently made some changes to the way they handle subdomains in order to redue duplicate content problems in the serps. Now subdomains will be treated the same way as folders within a site. So, it's probably best just to keep everything on the same domain.

Just wondering ... I have changed my hosting provider and they allow practically unlimited sub domains so I was wondering what use of that can I do to promote my website.

the most important thing is off-site optimaztion( how many links are there to your site)
and what are the anchor texts;
well, onsite optimisation is ok but highly overestimated.
so, one should not play too much on their site or they will be dropped from google.
try watching Free Videos by www.stompernet.com , they have some cool SEO vidoes

I suppose that you perform better rank with subdomain, but the search engines techniques perform better work too
